I'm glad you're here. I believe that success in therapy is all about trust and connection between the therapist and the individual. I work from a collaborative, strength-based approach: assisting and supporting teens and adults to be the author of their own lives. I am trained in and utilize polyvagal theory and EMDR trauma informed therapy. I work within a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework, incorporating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques, mindfulness-based techniques, body-centered, creative based interventions, and Solution Focused therapy, depending on the client and their individual preferences. In our time together, you will be offered techniques to sense and regulate your body and state of being. This includes building more internal and external resources, building trusting relationships, learning to turn inward with compassion, and given time and space to process.
