I'm glad you're here. I believe that success in therapy is all about trust and connection between therapist and the individual. I work from a collaborative, strength-based approach; assisting and supporting teens and adults to be the author of their own lives. I am trained in and utilize polyvagal theory, EMDR trauma informed therapy and work within a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework, incorporating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques, mindfulness-based techniques, body-centered, creative based interventions, and Solution Focused therapy, depending on the client and their individual preferences.
