Introduction

I understand how early attachments and neurobiology can shape our experiences and affect how we interpret ourselves and the world around us. I can help you understand how experiences are stored in the nervous system and how self-awareness and self-compassion can guide healing. You can learn how to reconnect with Who You Really Are. That is when you will find your inner peace. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), grief therapy (CGP), complex trauma therapy (CCTP-II), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Neurobiological Therapy (nervous system). All our experiences in life affect how we interpret ourselves and the world around us. I can help you understand how experiences are stored in the nervous system and how self-awareness and self-compassion can guide healing. You are encouraged to be genuine and control what therapy looks like for you. During this challenging time, my role as your therapist is to walk with you as you sort through your experience, reconnect with yourself, and rebuild your life meaningfully. You deserve the space you take up in this world.
