Introduction

I have always been pulled towards topics that many in society do not want to talk about – sex, death, money, religion, addiction, and many others. I have seen what happens to individuals when they are left to struggle with these topics alone. Some feel guilt, fear, anxiety, depression, or just an overall sense that they are not allowed to be who they really are. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe space for clients to talk about these topics and feelings. I work with them to develop the tools to grow into being confident, unashamed, and authentically themselves.
