I am a compassionate multicultural and bilingual (ENG/SPA) psychotherapist passionate about supporting individuals in their journey to improve their lives and relationship dynamics while fostering self-awareness. I work collaboratively with clients to reconnect, heal, and regain a sense of empowerment through integrative, holistic, person-centered, and trauma- and multicultural-informed approaches. As a therapist, I have specialized in working with parents struggling with mood and anxiety disorders while taking particular interest in neurodiversity and developmental, behavioral, and conduct-related disorders. My areas of expertise and interest include Lifespan Integration, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD), Trauma, Spiritual Counseling, Neurodiversity (Neurodivergent Parenting), Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Behavioral Parent Training (BPT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
