As a Marriage & Family Therapist I have had the privilege of working with adults, couples, children and families throughout my 10+ year career in the mental health field. I have developed my career by gaining experience in a variety of settings including schools, non-profit agencies, crisis intervention, group practice and now, currently, private practice. I have helped individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma and issues surrounding their family of origin. I enjoy working with young people on their journey to self-discovery, guiding families through parenthood and facilitating communication for couples in conflict. I feel honored to sit in a room with an individual & have them share with me things that they may have never shared with anyone else before. I see my role as a therapist to provide insight & guidance with genuine non-judgmental regard. I approach therapy with energy and optimism. Making the decision to pursue therapy is not always an easy one; therapy can be challenging and at times overwhelming, but it can also provide you with healing, relief and a new perspective. If you are ready to take that step--I would love to hear from you!
