Introduction

Throughout our lives, we require healthy and safe relationships in order to grow and flourish. Therapy can be an opportunity to create this kind of trusting connection. I strive to create a safe, judgement-free space where we can take on the challenges that brought you to seek therapy. Perhaps you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues or trauma. Perhaps you are facing challenges related to the stress of living in this uncertain and ever-changing world. In order to assist you in meeting your goals, I draw on evidenced based interventions from treatment modalities including DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and motivational interviewing. If you are interested in learning more about the therapeutic process, I offer a free 30 minute consultation where we will discuss your goals for therapy and determine whether we will be a good match.
