Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Eating Disorders,

Introduction

My work centers around creating an empathic space in which we can explore who you are on a deeper level, heal wounds and dig deeper into understanding yourself through a lens of self compassion. Perhaps you experience anxiety or depression on a regular basis and want to understand the root cause of suffering so that you can begin to experience joy and ease in your life. Perhaps there are lasting effects of trauma that you wish to heal or a very loud inner critic. In our work together, I often focus on helping you feel grounded so that we can explore the deeper issues that cause suffering and get back to enjoying life.
