Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas and Montana. I have experience working with a variety of different populations from youth to adults, facing concerns with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, stress, and relationship conflicts. My therapy style is to listen, understand, and partner with you to work towards the changes you would like to make. I combine therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of my clients. I believe that my job is to support and empower you as you grow to empower yourself to make that change you seek. I am also, passionate about the importance of faith in connection with mental wellness and am proud to offer faith based counseling to those that seek it.
