Introduction

Through his private practice at Niche Therapy, Zane offers three mental wellness services: Mental Health Therapy, Mental Wellness / Life Coaching, and Niche Courses. Please visit his website (nichetherapy.org) to learn more about his services, helping philosophy, and prices. Life change takes time, but it is doable with patience, practice, commitment, and support. Whether you want to move from “rock bottom” to your typical baseline, or from your basic to best, life change is possible. Niche Mental Wellness Services are bespoke and therefore vary in intensity, frequency, and depth depending on client goals. Zane is formally trained and experienced using many therapies including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Zane strongly believes problems arise from what happens to us NOT from what is wrong with us. Therefore, at Niche Therapy he creates a safe place to share, change, and grow. Clients learn to regulate emotions, utilize the safe place to process trauma, find purpose, increase motivation, and better performance. Please contact Zane if you have any questions.
