Introduction

Choosing to embark on a therapeutic journey can be a vulnerable and sensitive process that leads to impactful life changes and long-term growth. For many individuals, they encounter a traumatic or adverse life experience at some point in their lives that drains their mental energy and casts a shadow on the quality of their lives. Therapy should provide a space that is whole-heartedly dedicated to a person's healing and ability to process mental/emotional struggles. This space can foster introspection, inner child healing, and self-compassion through the collaborative effort of both the therapist and the client. I am an inclusive therapist who offers space for people of any and all backgrounds. I specialize in anxiety, PTSD/trauma, and body image/self-esteem issues. I also work on inner child work and reconstructing negative self-talk. I take into account the nuances and complexities of the human experience that shape lives and personal narratives. I invite you to reach out and take the first step in prioritizing your mental health. This is a big choice and I am supportive of your efforts as I make emotional space for you.
