EMDR Intensive Program: Intended for clients who require additional time for sessions. As listed, this program allows for a specialized focus on using the EMDR model of processing past experiences, present difficulties, or future outcomes. This is the equivalent to having an upgrade to achieving your goal. The EMDR Intensive Program is a highly focused and customized service specifically designed for you. Counseling: Accepting new clients for telehealth/video sessions in Colorado and California Healing from emotional pain is a process, I will work to help you find balance in your life as you heal. Wherever you are in your healing process, I'm prepared to guide you through. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, chronic pain, negative thoughts, sleep changes, eating changes, or other emotional distress: these issues can leave you feeling overwhelmed, lost, and drained. My focus will be to help you develop skills you need to improve multiple areas of your life including: resolving past trauma, generating healthy relationships with yourself and others, day to day coping, and future goals. Let's begin with your most important concerns first. Together, we will develop a treatment plan and work toward your goals at your pace. Consultation: As an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant-in-Training through EMDRIA, one of my passions is helping newly trained and certification-seeking EMDR providers solidify their skills. I offer Individual and Group Consultation for EMDR-trained providers who are committed to develop confidence for safe and effective use of EMDR. I offer additional experience in working with complex cases including but not limited to: Veterans, C-PTSD, dissociative symptoms, clients with strong traits of personality, using integrative approaches: ego-state interventions, Flash-like protocols, and in 2025 I will begin to offer consults on EMDR for chronic pain. Call for fee structure for consultation. Since beginning a career in private practice in 2012, I've been honored to collaborate with clients from all over the world from ages 2-82. I completed my clinical pre-licensure requirements in both, hospital and agency settings. At this time, I work with adults and couples seeking clinical counseling and clinicians seeking EMDR consultation--all online. EMDR has been an incredible component in the outcomes I've seen in my client's lives and I look forward to sharing it with you!
