Introduction

As a Black man from Mobile, Alabama, I believe my life experiences and natural skill sets molded me into a therapist. As an African American Studies scholar and social worker, I am an advocate for cultural compatibility and determining root causes. I believe in meeting people where they are. I want to tailor my services around what best suits you. I specialize in providing CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to evaluate and help others process the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions, concerning whatever matter of the mind they may be facing. My goal is to disrupt the process or processes clients currently have that are not yielding the result(s) they want and not only build one that can yield results but also provide my clients with the tools to refine their new process when necessary.
