Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington who has experience working with both adolescents and adults. I specialize in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma and loss. My experience before private practice includes various settings such as in-patient psychiatric facilities and therapeutic residential homes—offering both direct care and psych-consultation services to diverse populations. I believe that our stories matter and that healing is possible when we courageously enter into transformative relationship with others and ourselves. My office is located in the community of Mountlake Terrace.
