I am a holistic therapist. I am interested in your entire life story and how it influences your current situation. As a psychotherapist, I strive to create a secure, caring, and collaborative relationship with you so that therapy is a place you will feel fully seen, heard, understood, and respected. I work from an integrative and holistic perspective, meeting you where you are, and working collaboratively to reach your own personal goals and to create lasting, meaningful change and healing in your life. We will explore, problem-solve, and connect the dots between major life events to find ways to overcome life barriers. I am skilled in helping individuals manage and overcome depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and other life-stressors. During my career, I have enjoyed helping many people through their therapeutic journey! I specialize in sexuality, but have treated many people in a wide array of challenges in their life. Everyone is unique, and the same therapy approach will not work for everyone. I tailor therapy treatments specifically to you.
