I am Zach Craddock, a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC). As a practicing therapist, I have worked with a wide range of ages, with a wide range of mental health struggles. I am providing individual, couples, and family therapy. I want to be able to help the people I work with to achieve the best versions of themselves, by being there to support them along the way. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, ODD, work/career stress, and family dynamic issues, among other struggles. I also have a passion for helping adolescents and teens, and those who struggle with disability or significant health issues. I firmly believe that therapy is only successful when working as a team, and meeting people where they are at mentally. I would love to be a part of your team to help you meet your goals, and become your best self.
