Introduction

I received my Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work both from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I have worked as an educator in the school setting and as a clinician at a non-profit organization. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, families, and children grappling with a range of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and addiction. I provide a safe and inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and military personnel. As a clinician, I draw from a versatile toolkit of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual or couple.
