You will not go where you have not yet been without learning to do what you have not yet done. Many seek wellness, peace, joy, and such believing they must discover it for themselves, by themselves. Yet we see example after example that the most successful have guides, coaches, mentors, or counselors. My therapeutic foundation builds from cognitive-behavioral approaches such as REBT and DBT and pulls in from a variety of approaches to create a person-centered plan for reaching a person's stated goals. I have worked with those wanting to manage symptoms of addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. I am trained in EMDR and working towards my full certification. Working together we can create a plan for addressing the whole person (physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental) to work towards personal wellness.
