This process often involves understanding the causes of your distress, recognizing your strengths, learning new coping skills, and taking intentional action. Being able to laugh also helps! You can expect me to be genuine and collaborative, grounding my therapeutic approach in research-supported techniques. I specialize in anxiety/depression, trauma/abuse, grief, relationship concerns, and men/masculinity.
