Introduction

I have been a LCSW in private practice for over twenty years. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and treat individuals living with PTSD and Trauma. I am a Certified national and international Meditation Teacher trainer, and incorporate meditation my practice, for those individuals interested in psychotherapy from a holistic and self-care prospective. I have experience working with individuals living with attachment issues related to negative inter-personal interactions from childhood.
