As a modern therapist, I know that Authenticity and Trust are essential for you to Connect, Heal, and Rise to achieve your goals. I understand the complexities of our current lives and honor bringing our whole selves in the therapeutic space. I help adults, adolescents, and children navigate depression, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, trauma responses, career/school challenges, and life changes. I utilize a trauma-focused intersectional lens in our work together. Much of my work has been centered on trauma, domestic violence, interpersonal violence, family reconnection, child abuse, and intergenerational trauma. My experience includes community mental health, in-home therapy, hospital, and school settings. While I may be an expert in mental health, you are the expert of you. Together, we will work out a plan for you to feel your best self and provide you with the insight and skills you need to succeed.
