Introduction

I strongly believe in the power of therapy to heal and to help you connect to your truest self. I am here to support you through this journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and personal growth. My approach is psychodynamically informed, which means that change comes from being aware of what has made you who you are as an individual. We will explore your past experiences to understand how they continue to shape your present. My therapeutic space is collaborative, creative, and insight-oriented. I am curious about you and invite you to be curious about yourself! I believe that therapy sessions should be tailored to the unique needs of the client, so I welcome your input as we learn what works best for you. I work with adults of all ages who have particular difficulty with boundary settings, family-of-origin conflicts/intergenerational trauma, multicultural relationships, and parenting. My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space for people of diverse backgrounds and experiences. I offer in-person or online sessions in English or Japanese.
