I am an Associate Marriage Family Therapist dedicated to working with millennials, youth and their families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths, establish effective communication styles and recognize that they are truly resilient. I have experience working with specialized populations such as LGBTQ+, Commercial Exploitation of Children (CSEC), foster/probation youth and BIPOC communities. As a therapist, I am culturally competent, open-minded, and non-judgmental. The treatment modalities I utilize when working with clients are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I see clients of all ages, but I especially like the teenagers!
