Hi, My name is Kai. I know it is not easy for you to reach this far, but you are almost there! I will be here to accompany you through this exploring journey!  Earning a master's degree in mental health counseling from Columbia University and working in the Collaborative have granted me an open-minded, nonjudgmental, and culturally competent perspective on understanding your stories and life experiences. I listen, I validate, and I endorse your personal growth. My specialty includes treating depression, anxiety (social anxiety), stress management, attachment, and intimate relationships.
