Introduction
I'd like to support my client in discovering their own ways safely and comfortably. I've been working with adult-children of immigrants and interracial/multicultural couples. I, especially, support anxiety, depression, relationship issue, adults’ ADHD, and family conflict. I collaborate on finding effective ways of communication, changing irrational beliefs, learning/setting healthier boundaries & identifying/expressing emotions with my clients. I provide a room for my clients to reconsider what we've been missing in our lives. Although it can be challenging, I trust in my clients' resilience and strengths. The most important thing to me is making sure my clients feel understood and reconnected to themselves. My clients would practice redefining themselves as well as polishing new skills to re-establish healthier behavioral and emotional patterns based on CBT, Solution Focused, Strength-based, Attachment & Family system lenses. (For couples, I provide Gottman) You're not alone. I understand that we sometimes may feel like we have nothing or nobody in our lives.
