At times, emotions can feel all-consuming and get in the way of what we want or care about most in our lives. I use evidence-based practices to support children, teens, and young adults in coping with difficult experiences—such as anxiety, OCD, depression and behavioral challenges. I also provide parents with strategies to help their children experiencing these challenges. My goal is to work with clients on building their strengths in facing difficult emotions and living a rich and meaningful life. I believe that with courage, everyone is capable of stepping outside their comfort zone to grow and change in their lives.
