Introduction

Need early morning/evening therapy hours? (5-11am, 2-9pm)? Searching for a safe place to process, release emotion, and work through old wounds? Need a place to explore your sexuality or dive deeper into self-love? Is life throwing you a curveball with a new life transition? Or maybe you want to work through anxious/depressive thoughts? I welcome a variety of concerns to my practice, though my areas of focus are: romantic relationships, familial relationships, anxiety, depression, sexuality, life transitions, pregnancy, relational conflict, attachment, self-esteem, self-love & trauma. In therapy you'll find that my style is warm, empathic, compassionate and empowering. I often take a relational approach with aspects of mindfulness, family systems, and DBT. Ultimately, I believe therapy is unique to each person and an individually tailored plan should be made for each person's needs. If you're ready to explore the roots of emotional, mental or psychological pain, tend to the home within yourself and begin to move forward, know that you don't have to go it alone.
