I support individuals who are struggling with worries, sadness, and relationship difficulties, or who feel "stuck" in their lives in some way. I primally focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma, using person-centered, cognitive behavioral and integrative practices. I take an integrative approach to tackling mental health issues because there is no one-size-fits-all method for achieving wellness. Contemporary evidence-based practices are powerful and can coexist with the world of traditional knowledge. I believe that there is more to people than the bundle of neurons between their ears. We are also heart, spirit, and body. My practice incorporates all of these elements. This healing journey involves rebuilding the mind-body connection and unlearning many of the unhealthy cultural norms practiced by our modern society. I look forward to supporting you in this journey of rediscovering and loving your authentic self.
