Introduction

Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety or stress or just feel overwhelmed? I understand that opening up to a stranger can be scary and I commend you for taking the step to seek help to begin working through those challenges. I work with adults and adolescents who are experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced early childhood trauma due to foster care/adoption, abandonment, loss, and self-identity. I provide a client-centered approach to therapy. We will work collaboratively to develop healthy coping skills and self-care techniques.
