Introduction

My practice is dedicated to helping child, adolescents, adults, and families achieve the lives and relationships they desire and deserve. It's often where the demands of our lives derail us from our intended paths, creating conflict and distress. I make it my duty to provide unconditional support and respect for your experiences to help you grow and achieve the desired changes you want in your life. Together, we will identify the source of your emotional distress and understand how it affects your life, which in turn, will help you assert control and obtain your desired outcome. I utilize a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches such as Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Parent Management Training. Additionally, I take an active role in session offering you feedback and guided exercises to help you succeed in regaining control over your life. I provide this support though in-office and virtual sessions. My intention is to provide a secure place for you to obtain the potential growth you see. I am here to walk with you through this difficult journey to a more fulfilling life. I look forward to working with you to reach your potential.
