In addition to trauma work, I focus on empowering clients to set and maintain healthy boundaries, particularly in complex family relationships. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and nurturing space for teens and young adults as they navigate identity, peer relationships, and the exciting (and a bit scary) transition to adulthood. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including immigrants, first-gen clients, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
