Through a direct and collaborative approach, compassion, and humor, I offer practical strategies to change mood, thought and behavioral patterns that foster distress. Two of my great passions are guiding individuals towards healing, self-empowerment and mindful transformation, and driving positive change in diverse communities, and do so by anchoring on relational mindfulness, introspection, social justice and active engagement.
