Introduction
When I struggled with self-esteem, relationships, sense of purpose, and getting stuck in loops/patterns, I was alone. I became a therapist to be the person that I didn't have but needed throughout my life. Humans are hardwired for connection, and when we are/feel disconnected, we feel so much pain. I'm here with you to help you understand and navigate that distress. We all want to feel safe, loved, and purposeful. The quality of our relationship with ourselves, significant others, friends, family, work, etc. can determine the quality of our lives. Therapy is not a one-size fits all, and therefore I tailor it to meet the needs of the individual(s) involved. I work with teens 16+ and adults. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, Attachment Theory, and more to help you meet your goals. I, also, have experience working with other mental health providers as clients within individual and relational therapy. You don't have to do this alone!
