With over 25 years of experience as a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am dedicated to providing exceptional counseling services to individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety and trauma resulting from life transitions, career decisions, and relationship issues. I specialize in supporting and empowering individuals to recognize and name their concerns, emotions, and obstacles, ultimately guiding them towards a happier and thriving best self. Once we start our work, we will work together at whatever pace you are comfortable with. Together we will identify your concerns and develop effective strategies and tools tailored to your unique needs that will help you achieve your goals.
