As a trauma-informed Latina professional, fully bilingual in Spanish and English, I bring a compassionate and holistic approach to our work together. In my practice, I support individuals and couples in processing past experiences to help them become their best selves and strengthen their relationships. My extensive experience spans trauma treatment, grief and loss, relationship challenges, family conflicts, life transitions, chronic illness, maternal mental health, reproductive issues, and generational trauma.
