I'm bilingual in English and Mandarin, enjoy working with couples, individuals, and families on a variety of issues, including relationship issues, mental health, parenting, spiritual growth, behavioral problems and trauma. I have experience working with teens, adults, couples. I also collaborate with Asian communities and churches to provide parenting and mental health education workshops. Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in MD, LMHC in WA, EFT trained therapist for couples. I'm passionate about bringing healings, helping people restore damaged/broken relationships, empowering and facilitating growth and health by providing a safe place, using strength-based and emotionally focused personalized interventions. My goal in therapy is to help the clients find their inner strength to grow, find harmony in differences, build/restore healthy relationships with self and others.
