Introduction

Are you seeking a therapist who can provide a nurturing, safe, nonjudgmental space to feel heard, validated, and supported in your self-understanding, self-discovery, exploration, and healing journey? This is the kind of space I am committed to creating for you. My approach to therapy involves various modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, attachment-focused therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, etc., where we will work together to make sense of current struggles, behaviors/emotions and how they connect to past life experiences and try to re-envision your future. With a wealth of experience gained from working in both inpatient and clinical settings of eating disorder treatment centers, I am here to support clients dealing with a range of mental health issues. My expertise extends to anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar, dissociative identity disorder, and addictive behaviors. Your well-being is my top priority. Our relationship is of the utmost importance to me, and I will always strive to treat you with respect, empathy, and compassion. I am passionate about helping you unlock your full potential and take a holistic approach to healing. I firmly believe in your ability to find healing and meaning in life, and I would be honored to be part of your journey. Call or email me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
