Introduction

I've heard of people reaching out for help, but they've had to be placed on a waitlist for months. I will return your inquiries within 24 hours. And we can setup our first meeting within one (1) week of our initial contact. My name is Xou (pronounced Sue). I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings, and any other issues of concern can be shared without fear of judgment. I understand that life can be difficult at times, and it can be even more difficult to work through our problems alone. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support you in that journey. In my free time, I enjoy doing activities such as paying boardgames with friends, cycling, playing disc golf, or exercising. On occasion I enjoy learning new things, such as playing musical instruments.
