I help teens and adults who are overwhelmed and stressed out to find their confidence and live authentically. My clients discover that they’re not crazy, and that they don’t have to live a life dictated by emotions, like overwhelm, fear or sadness. For over 20 years I have worked with people with anxiety and depression. My clients typically see me on a weekly basis where we build a safe and supportive relationship. We talk about tools and strategies to manage all those scary thoughts and feelings. Then, as a team, we dig into understanding and changing the beliefs and stories we tell ourselves that keep us stuck there. Through this process, my clients blossom, discovering that they can live their lives authentically with confidence.
