My goal is to help you challenge and change your negative, self-defeating beliefs in order to fully engage in a more meaningful and authentic life. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy using the following treatment modalities: Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Trauma Therapy, Existential/Humanistic Therapy, and Problem-Solving Therapy. My focus is strength-based and relational. I will help you to identify your core values, utilize your individual strengths and develop adaptive coping skills, helping you to manage difficult emotions, challenging situations, and interpersonal conflicts. Thereby, distressing symptoms (fear, worry, anxiety, depression) are reduced/ eliminated so that you can start living to your fullest potential. I am available to see clients for therapy sessions on Friday's (either telehealth or in person). I am available for evening and weekend therapy sessions, based upon limited availability. I work out of network for insurance but I am able to offer a sliding scale fee (if needed), based upon individual needs and circumstances.
