When did life start to feel like a backpack full of bricks—one burden after another, weighing you down? You don’t have to carry it alone. Through trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy, I help you gently unpack so you can feel safe, empowered, and whole again. The weight you’re carrying matters—and so does your healing. Let’s begin unpacking it, together. Online & In-person Therapy in Oregon. Online Therapy in Washington State. My Background and Approach My passion lies in helping individuals heal from trauma through EMDR and parts-based work. I am Level 1 trained in Evidence-Based Parts and Memory Therapy, a powerful modality similar to IFS, and I’ve completed EMDR training through an EMDRIA-accredited program & currently working toward full EMDR certification as I continue deepening my expertise in trauma recovery. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years as an educator. That experience gave me a strong foundation for working with children, teens, and their support systems. I bring a calm, grounded presence & a deep understanding of development, learning, and communication, especially with young people. I welcome clients from all walks of life & hold space for every story. I have a particular passion for working with individuals navigating life transitions, their spiritual paths, or living within diverse cultural or LGBTQ+ communities. Whatever your background, I’m here to support you in moving toward the life you envision. My Personal Beliefs and Interests I believe that healing happens first with ourselves, and then with others. I believe that trauma is not who we are—it’s what happened to us. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, safe, and valued just as they are. I stand firmly for equity, inclusion, and respect for all lived experiences. I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and I honor the diverse ways people love, live, and heal. My practice is rooted in cultural humility and a deep respect for intersectionality—acknowledging how race, gender, neurodiversity, ability, and background shape our experiences. And I believe that with curiosity, compassion, and the right support, we can reclaim the parts of ourselves that were lost along the way. You are not too much. You are not too late. You are not alone.
