I provide mental health treatment to adults, ages 18 and up who are experiencing a variety of issues such as, but not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Anger and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This warm, welcoming environment provides a no-judgment-space where you can be heard, given opportunities to acknowledge your challenges, and take appropriate action; thereby opening the door for transformation. I have many tools at my disposal to instill hope and help you gain the knowledge, strength, and courage to help you get the most out of your time in treatment. I use various approaches to therapy; some are evidence-based and designed to create expectancy to inspire and motivate you and others can be beneficial in identifying how you process information and increase the probability of reaping the rewards you have identified as desirable. I have over 40 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families (20 years as a Children's Social Worker and 23 years as a Pre-Licensed and Licensed Therapist). After retirement I worked as a Self-Employed Independent Contractor at various counseling agencies. In late 2019 I decided to start my own private practice and in March of 2020 New Dimensions Therapeutic Alliances was officially opened for business. After only one week it became necessary to transition to Telehealth due to the Covid-19 Pandemic which allowed me to continue experiencing the rewards of doing what I love and making a difference in the lives of others.
