I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of counseling experience. I have an easygoing conversational style and enjoy building a friendly therapeutic relationship with my clients. I guide and support individuals through a thorough exploration of the formative events of their lives. We will identify dysfunctional thoughts that contribute to feelings of insecurity and self-loathing. As we identify these experiences we will use EMDR to reduce the impact of these events on your mental health.
