Do you need someone to really listen? Please call, I think you will be glad you did. Life, at times, can be a challenge for all of us. A crippling addiction, a troubled relationship, or an anxiety/mood disorder, can take away your zeal for life. There are so many possibilities that can bring on relational, mental, and emotional disharmony. If this sounds like you, I would encourage you to call me, I am here to help. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with people just like you, and I look forward to working with you. Much of my research clinical training has been utilizing Cognitive Behavioral therapy. This results-based approach is designed to partner with the client, and as a coach, give them skills and tools so they learn coping strategies to improve. You can do this, and I will partner with you. Many clients come to counseling wanting aspects of their faith integrated into their mental health treatment. I am well suited having been formally trained in both psychology and theology. As a counselor, my goal is to support my client's faith as I treat them with effective clinical skills.
