I specialize in working with eating disorders, maternal mental health , depression and anxiety. I am passionate about helping individuals struggling with major life transitions, whether that is working with young adults struggling with issues surrounding emerging adulthood or mothers during the transition to parenthood. I strive to provide you with individualized treatment and look at you not as a disorder but as a person wanting to make changes in order to enhance your happiness and overall satisfaction with life.
