Introduction

Welcome to Wild Cactus Therapy... where it's ok to be wild & prickly. Every therapist works under the “wild cactus therapy model” which focuses on empowerment and authenticity with a more direct approach. We purposefully make space to humans to be humans; both the therapist & the client. As a group, we aim to be a supportive resource and provide a safe space for individuals to learn more about how to become their ideal selves. Our main therapeutic modalities include, but are not limited to, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance Therapy, EMDR, & Solution Focused Therapy.
