I provide individualize care to clients who are struggling to manage symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression and disordered eating. I focus much of my work on helping clients find clarity and stabilization, then move into personal growth and acceptance. I want to help you find the best version of yourself, learn to move gracefully through difficult life transitions, and truly enjoy what life has to offer. I am now a Ketamine Assisted Therapist, as therapy and medication are not always enough to help people heal from trauma, anxiety and depression. KAP is an effective solution to help you move towards inner healing and connection. I utilized Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to challenge thought and behavioral patterns. Cognitive Processing (CPT) is utilized for treatment of PTSD. Additionally, I provide Ketamine Assisted Therapy and KAP group therapy for eligible candidates with persistent depression and trauma. Deciding to attend therapy can be difficult and places you in a vulnerable position. I am here to meet your vulnerability with kindness and compassion.
