Hello, I’m Whitney! I believe that everyone is entirely unique. Because of this there is not a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Each person needs and deserves a unique therapy experience that is tailored to what their needs are. If the topic you are seeking assistance with is not included in my list of specialties, please feel free to reach out. I am open to working with all individuals as well as couples! My specialties include abuse/assault, anxiety, attachment, domestic violence, trauma, insomnia, personality disorders, psychosis, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), teen issues, and women’s issues. I primarily work with adults who have experienced trauma and children (ages 5-17).
