Sometimes parts of our life can feel overwhelming and debilitating. It can be difficult to know who to turn to and what to do. In my work, I recognize how important it is to have someone to provide tools, techniques, and knowledge to reach a point of healing. My approach to therapeutic treatment is to work collaboratively as a team with my clients in that process. I have worked with adults, couples, college students, and adolescents with a range of experiences including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, marital or relationship issues, family relational concerns, grief support, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. No matter what you may be battling, there is hope for healing. I utilize a range of evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), and Gottman couples’ therapy. With each approach, my goal is to work compassionately and empathically, and my goal is to start where the client is and go at the client’s pace. I am prepared to help my clients to foster a sense of understanding, safety, empowerment, and fulfillment. No matter your concerns, you can expect to receive care, sensitivity, and empathy. I am confident that as we work together, we can facilitate a fuller, happier, and more peaceful life. Call me today; I would love to talk with you to see how I can join you on your path to healing.
