I specialize in treating anxiety and depression using compassionate, evidence-based treatments (IFS and EMDR). We will work together to decrease symptoms of anxiety or depression, move forward from stuck feelings or traumatic memories, improve relationships, and increase self-compassion. Ultimately we will rediscover your core self — who you really are when anxiety and depression take a backseat. I am trained in IFS and EMDR to offer dynamic, experiential therapy. I have extensive experience working with adults and students experiencing life transitions (moving, marriage, post-partum, parenthood, job changes, grief). I also have training in Imago relational therapy and integrating faith into therapy if the client requests.
